WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for leather items is 100/SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) AND 300/PO (Production Order). For all other materials, it is just 300/SKU.

 

By having a low MOQ, we are able to provide customers with another tool for adept inventory management.

That being said, if raw materials suppliers have an MOQ for their materials, then customers would need to satisfy that too.

HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS?

We welcome customers to visit our factory at any time to see the production lines themselves to learn more.

 

Alternatively, customers can speak to any of our business division staff to ask any questions they might have.

HOW LONG IS THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS?

We aim to ship the products out of the factory gates 90 days after the confirmation of the Production Order. In these 90 days, we will procure the materials, ship them to Myanmar, Manufacture, Quality Check and ship them out to the customer.

This does not include shipping time which will vary depending on the destination of the goods.

​WHAT IS THE PROTOTYPING AND SAMPLING PROCESS?

A customer can provide us with their design sheet, specification sheet, or a ready-sample, that we use to make a prototype/counter-sample for the customer. Customers can either designate, provide, or leave it to us with the materials used. We will also provide a quotation for the customer detailing the unit cost of the item. 

The charge for the each prototype is 3x unit cost, this helps cover the cost of material sourcing and developing the prototype. Subsequent Sampling, will be charged at normal unit cost, these include Salesman Sample, TOP Sample, Pre-Production Sample etc.
